The Stirling

The Stirling is a 590 unit multifamily residence occupying a full city block in Houston’s Regent Square. The project integrates five stories of housing above two levels of structured parking and ground-floor retail, totaling 1,150 parking spaces and creating a strong urban edge.

Two central courtyards organize the residential massing: a 50,000 square foot active courtyard with pools, bars, and lounge areas, and a secondary, quieter space for passive recreation. An 18 foot tall indoor/outdoor plaza, “The Piazza,” connects shared amenities with the courtyard and fosters resident interaction.

Residential amenities include lounges, a fitness center, co-working and dining areas, all designed to blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor space. Strategically located near Buffalo Bayou Park, the project offers a balanced mix of density, open space, and urban connectivity.
