810 Washington Street is a 30-unit multifamily development located in Revere, Massachusetts, and represents the latest addition to the Stack Development portfolio. The project is designed to address contemporary residential needs, with a particular focus on flexibility, energy performance, and spatial efficiency.

The building includes structured parking for 36 vehicles, secure bicycle storage, and a mix of one-bedroom units that integrate dens to accommodate remote work and adaptable living. Increased unit depth was incorporated during the planning phase to support varied furniture layouts and create additional space suitable for home office use an increasingly essential feature in post-pandemic residential design.

Maximizing natural light and exterior views was a key organizational driver in the unit planning, with glazing strategies tailored to balance privacy and openness across the building envelope. The massing and layout prioritize livability while remaining within local zoning constraints.

A rooftop-mounted solar photovoltaic array offsets a portion of the building’s electrical load, contributing to long term operational efficiency and reducing its environmental impact.
