32 Rockview represents Stack + Co.’s first in-house development project, delivering four condominium units through a fully integrated process encompassing acquisition, entitlement, design, and construction. Located in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston, the project was conceived as a set of “single family alternatives,” offering the spatial qualities of standalone homes within a compact, multi-unit format.

Each unit features a unique floor plan tailored to the building's site geometry and orientation, with a focus on privacy, light, and outdoor access. Dedicated unit entries and private exterior spaces support a sense of autonomy for residents, while maintaining a cohesive architectural language across the development.

The project achieved a record-breaking price per square foot in Jamaica Plain at the time of completion, reflecting the value of its thoughtful design and efficient delivery model.

All development, architecture, and construction services were provided by Stack, exemplifying a vertically integrated approach to small-scale urban housing.
