The structure utilizes a hybrid system of steel and wood framing to support long spans and open floor plans, enabling flexibility in interior layout and generous daylight penetration. Flat truss assemblies at both floor and roof levels allow for concealed mechanical distribution and contribute to the building’s clean, planar expression.
